OET (OET-LV) And_gave_orders and_cleansed the_rooms and_returned there the_utensils_of the_house_of the_ʼElohīm DOM the_grain_offering and_the_frankincense.
OET (OET-RV) Then I ordered the storerooms to be purified by the priests before I returned the temple utensils to the room, along with the grain offerings and the incense.
Note 1 topic: grammar-connect-time-sequential
וָאֹ֣מְרָ֔ה
and,gave_orders,
In this context, the conjunction And indicates that this event took place after the event the story has just described. If it would be helpful in your language, you could show this relationship by using a word such as “then.”
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
וָאֹ֣מְרָ֔ה וַֽיְטַהֲר֖וּ הַלְּשָׁכ֑וֹת
and,gave_orders, and,cleansed the,rooms
The implication is that Nehemiah spoke to the priests since they would have been the ones to conduct a ceremony like the one the story describes in 12:30 to show that the people wanted the rooms in the temple to be ceremonially clean in the hopes that they would once more be acceptable to God. Alternate translation: “I told the priests to conduct a ceremony to purify the rooms in the temple”

vessels_of house_of the=ʼElohīm DOM the,grain_offering and,the,frankincense
See how you translated these expressions in 13:5. Alternate translation: “the equipment for the temple, the offerings that the people brought, and the sacred incense”
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
בֵּ֣ית הָאֱלֹהִ֔ים
house_of the=ʼElohīm
Nehemiah speaks of the temple as the house of God as if it were God’s dwelling place. Alternate translation: “the temple”
13:4-14 Eliashib the priest (see 12:10, 22; 13:28) had stopped following the practice of excluding the Ammonites and Moabites (13:1), and the people quit giving their tithes to the Levites (13:10-12). Now, Nehemiah corrected these problems.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
