When the priest has done this, he will have cleansed the person in Yahweh's presence in the sacred tent. TSNTyndale Study Notes:

14:1-32 These verses, dealing with the purification of infected individuals, are best understood when read in conjunction with 13:1-46.

UTNuW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive

עַל־רֹ֣אשׁ הַמִּטַּהֵ֑ר

on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in head the,cleansed

If your language does not use the passive form in this way, you can state this in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: “on the head of the person whom the priest is cleansing”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / abstractnouns

וְכִפֶּ֥ר עָלָ֛יו הַכֹּהֵ֖ן לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃

and,make_atonement on/upon/above=him/it the=priest/officer to=(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before (Some words not found in UHB: and,the,rest in/on/at/with,oil which/who on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in palm the=priest/officer he/it_gave on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in head the,cleansed and,make_atonement on/upon/above=him/it the=priest/officer to=(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH )

See how you translated the abstract noun atonement in 1:4. However, here and throughout this chapter, make sure that your translation makes it clear that the person is not being atoned for because of any sin on his or her part. In this case, atonement removes impurity that is not caused by sin, but by infection and uncleanness. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers in a footnote or in the text of your translation.
