OET (OET-LV) But you_all_will_be_receiving power, having_ The holy spirit _come_over on you_all, and you_all_will_be witnesses for_me, in both Hierousalaʸm, and in all the Youdaia, and Samareia/(Shomrōn), and to the_last part of_the earth.
OET (OET-RV) However, you all will be receiving power when the holy spirit lands on you. Then you’ll tell people about me in Yerushalem and all across the provinces of Yudea and Samaria, and all the way to the furtherest parts of the planet.”

λήμψεσθε δύναμιν, ἐπελθόντος τοῦ Ἁγίου Πνεύματος ἐφ’ ὑμᾶς, καὶ ἔσεσθέ μου μάρτυρες
˱you_all˲_/will_be/_receiving power /having/_come_over the Holy Spirit on you_all and ˱you_all˲_will_be ˱for˲_me witnesses
Jesus is using the word translated and to describe a result. Alternate translation: [when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, then you will receive power to be my witnesses]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / abstractnouns
δύναμιν
power
If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea behind the word power, you could express the same idea with an adjective such as “powerful.” Alternate translation: [powerful ability]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
ἕως ἐσχάτου τῆς γῆς
to /the/_last_‹part› ˱of˲_the earth
This is a reference to place, not to time. Jesus does not mean “until the world ends.” Alternate translation: [all over the world] or [to the places on the earth that are farthest away from here]
1:8 This key verse outlines the geographical extension of the Good News from its Jewish starting point in Jerusalem and Judea (1:6–8:1), out to Samaria (8:4-25), Antioch in Syria (11:19-30), and eventually throughout the Mediterranean world to Rome (13:1–28:31). Christ later gave a similar call to be his witnesses . . . to the ends of the earth to Saul of Tarsus (9:15), who had persecuted the Jewish Christians and then became the primary instrument for taking the Good News to the Gentiles.
• The Holy Spirit was the source of power for all this evangelistic and missionary effort.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
