OET (OET-LV) And_ YHWH _he_will_turn_back god_of_your DOM captivity_of_your and_he_will_have_compassion_on_you and_he_will_return and_he_will_gather_you from_all the_peoples where he_has_scattered_you YHWH god_of_your to_(to).
OET (OET-RV) then your god Yahweh will show compassion towards you and reverse your captivity, and he’ll gather you from all the peoples where he’s scattered you, and return you.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
וְשָׁ֨ב יְהוָ֧ה אֱלֹהֶ֛יךָ אֶת־שְׁבוּתְךָ֖
(Some words not found in UHB: and,he_will_turn_back YHWH God_of,your DOM captivity_of,your and,he,will_have_compassion_on_you and,he_will_return and,he,will_gather_you from=all the,peoples which/who he,has_scattered_you YHWH God_of,your to,(to) )
Here Moses is speaking as if captivity were a physical object that God could turn back. Moses means that God will end their captivity and restore them to their land. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [then Yahweh your God will end your captivity] or [then Yahweh your God will restore you from captivity]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / abstractnouns
וְרִחֲמֶ֑ךָ
and,he,will_have_compassion_on_you
If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of compassion, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [and be merciful to you]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / doublet
וְשָׁ֗ב וְקִבֶּצְךָ֙
(Some words not found in UHB: and,he_will_turn_back YHWH God_of,your DOM captivity_of,your and,he,will_have_compassion_on_you and,he_will_return and,he,will_gather_you from=all the,peoples which/who he,has_scattered_you YHWH God_of,your to,(to) )
The terms return and gather mean similar things. The author is using the two terms together for emphasis. If it would be clearer for your readers, you could express the emphasis with a single phrase. Alternate translation: [and he will allow you to return]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / explicitinfo
אֲשֶׁ֧ר הֱפִֽיצְךָ֛ יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ שָֽׁמָּה
(Some words not found in UHB: and,he_will_turn_back YHWH God_of,your DOM captivity_of,your and,he,will_have_compassion_on_you and,he_will_return and,he,will_gather_you from=all the,peoples which/who he,has_scattered_you YHWH God_of,your to,(to) )
It might seem that the expression where Yahweh your God has scattered you there contains extra information that would not be natural to express in your language. If so, you could shorten it. Alternate translation: [where Yahweh your God has scattered you]
OET (OET-LV) And_ YHWH _he_will_turn_back god_of_your DOM captivity_of_your and_he_will_have_compassion_on_you and_he_will_return and_he_will_gather_you from_all the_peoples where he_has_scattered_you YHWH god_of_your to_(to).
OET (OET-RV) then your god Yahweh will show compassion towards you and reverse your captivity, and he’ll gather you from all the peoples where he’s scattered you, and return you.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
Acknowledgements: The Hebrew text, lemmas, and morphology are all thanks to the OSHB and some of the glosses are from Macula Hebrew.
