OET (OET-LV)and of_the sins of_them, and of_the lawlessness of_them, no not I_will_be_being_reminded anymore.

OET (OET-RV)And, ‘I won’t remember their disobedience and their lawlessness any more.’

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: grammar-connect-time-sequential

καὶ τῶν ἁμαρτιῶν αὐτῶν

and ˱of˲_the sins ˱of˲_them

Here, the phrase And then could be: (1) the introduction to what the Spirit says “after” the Spirit speaks other words (See: “after having said” in 10:15). In this case, And then is not part of the quotation but introduces the second half of the quotation. Alternate translation: “And then he says” (2) part of the quotation that the “Lord” says. Alternate translation: “‘And their sins”

τῶν ἁμαρτιῶν αὐτῶν, καὶ τῶν ἀνομιῶν αὐτῶν, οὐ μὴ μνησθήσομαι ἔτι

˱of˲_the sins ˱of˲_them and ˱of˲_the lawlessness ˱of˲_them no not ˱I˲_/will_be_being/_reminded anymore

These words are part of the quotation from Jeremiah 31:34 that the author already quoted in 8:12. Here, the author repeats the words he used there almost exactly. He adds and their lawless deeds after sins, probably to represent the previous clause in 8:12: “I will be merciful toward their unrighteousness.” Further, he makes “remember” from 8:12 future tense. Repeat the words you used in 8:10, but make these two changes.

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

10:15-17 The author again quotes from Jer 31:33-34 (see Heb 8:7-12) to support the statement in 10:14, that Christ’s one offering under the new covenant has made worshipers perfect forever.
• God’s laws have now been placed in their hearts and on their minds. This has internalized the believer’s relationship with God.
• I will never again remember their sins and lawless deeds: As the author has shown (9:11–10:14), the superior sacrifice of Christ has made this new covenant reality possible.
