OET (OET-LV) And_he/it_was in_the_day the_third of_my_giving_birth and_she/it_gave_birth also the_woman (the)_this and_we were_together there_was_not a_stranger with_us in_house except two we were_in_house.
OET (OET-RV) Three days later, this woman also gave birth to her baby. Only the two of us were there in the house—no one else was around.

(Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_was in_the=day the=third of,my_giving,birth and=she/it_gave_birth also/yet the=woman (the),this and,we together not else with,us in,house only two us [were]_in,house )
In this culture, the current day was considered the first day, the next day was considered the second day, and the day after that was considered the third day. In your translation, describe these days as your language and culture naturally would. Alternate translation, as in the UST: [two days after I gave birth]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / parallelism
אֵֽין־זָ֤ר אִתָּ֨נוּ֙ בַּבַּ֔יִת זוּלָתִ֥י שְׁתַּֽיִם־אֲנַ֖חְנוּ בַּבָּֽיִת
not else (Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_was in_the=day the=third of,my_giving,birth and=she/it_gave_birth also/yet the=woman (the),this and,we together not else with,us in,house only two us [were]_in,house )
These two phrases mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could combine them and express the emphasis in another way. Alternate translation: [no one but the two of us was in the house]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
אֵֽין־זָ֤ר
not else
The woman does not mean that no one who was a stranger, a person unknown to the two of them, was present. She is using the term “stranger” to mean “anyone else.” You could indicate this in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [no other person]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
