OET (OET-RV) On festival days and at times of celebrations and at the beginning of each new month, then the trumpets will be blown as the burnt offerings and peace offerings are made as a memorial for you all towards your god. I am your god, Yahweh.

The word you is plural here and in the rest of the verse because Yahweh is addressing all the Israelites along with Moses. So use the plural form in your translation if your language marks that distinction.
Note 2 topic: grammar-connect-words-phrases
וּבְי֨וֹם שִׂמְחַתְכֶ֥ם וּֽבְמוֹעֲדֵיכֶם֮ וּבְרָאשֵׁ֣י חָדְשֵׁיכֶם֒
and,on,the_day_of your_rejoicing_of,your(pl) and,at,your(pl)_appointed_of,feasts and,at,the_beginnings_of your(pl)_months_of,your(pl)
Here, the word and in the phrase and at your appointed times could mean that: (1) your appointed times and the heads of your months are examples of the day of your. Alternate translation: [And on the day of your joy, that is, at your appointed times and at the heads of your months] (2) your appointed times and the heads of your months are in addition to the day of your joy. Alternate translation: [And on the day of your joy and also at your appointed times and at the heads of your months]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
וּבְי֨וֹם שִׂמְחַתְכֶ֥ם
and,on,the_day_of your_rejoicing_of,your(pl)
Here, day represents a specific time. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [And at the time of your joy]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / abstractnouns
וּבְי֨וֹם שִׂמְחַתְכֶ֥ם
and,on,the_day_of your_rejoicing_of,your(pl)
If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of joy, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [And on the day when you are joyful]
Note 5 topic: figures-of-speech / genericnoun
וּבְי֨וֹם
and,on,the_day_of
Yahweh is not referring to a specific day. He means days in general. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could use an expression that would be more natural in your language. Alternate translation: [And on the days]
Note 6 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
וּֽבְמוֹעֲדֵיכֶם֮
and,at,your(pl)_appointed_of,feasts
By appointed times, Yahweh means the special festivals that God commanded the Israelites to celebrate each year. You could indicate this explicitly in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [at your yearly festivals]
Note 7 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
וּבְרָאשֵׁ֣י חָדְשֵׁיכֶם֒
and,at,the_beginnings_of your(pl)_months_of,your(pl)
Here, heads of your months refers to the beginning of each month as if each month were a person or animal and its first day were its head. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and during the festivals at the beginning of each month]
Note 8 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
וּתְקַעְתֶּ֣ם
and,you(pl)_will_give_a_blast
The implication is that the priests, not the general population, were to blow the trumpets. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [then you shall have the priests blow]
Note 9 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
עַ֚ל עֹלֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔ם וְעַ֖ל זִבְחֵ֣י שַׁלְמֵיכֶ֑ם
on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in offerings_of,your(pl)_burnt and,over sacrifices_of your(pl)_peace_offerings_of,your(pl)
Yahweh is using upon your burnt offerings and upon the sacrifices of your peace offerings as a common expression of this culture to mean “when you offer your burnt offerings and when you offer the sacrifices of your peace offerings.” If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [when you offer your burnt offerings and when you offer the sacrifices of your peace offerings]
Note 10 topic: figures-of-speech / possession
וְעַ֖ל זִבְחֵ֣י שַׁלְמֵיכֶ֑ם
and,over sacrifices_of your(pl)_peace_offerings_of,your(pl)
Yahweh is using the possessive form to describe sacrifices that are part of peace offerings. If a speaker of your language would not use the possessive form for this, you could express this idea in another way. Alternate translation: [and upon the animal sacrifices that are part of your peace offerings]
Note 11 topic: figures-of-speech / abstractnouns
וְהָי֨וּ לָכֶ֤ם לְזִכָּרוֹן֙
and=they_will_be to/for=you(pl) (into)_a,memorial

Note 12 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
לִפְנֵ֣י אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֔ם
to=(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before God_of,your(pl)
Here, to the face of represents being in front of God. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [before your God]
Note 13 topic: figures-of-speech / 123person
אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֔ם
God_of,your(pl)
Yahweh is speaking of himself in the third person as your God. If it would be helpful in your language, you could translate this in the first person. Alternate translation: [me, your God]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
Acknowledgements: The Hebrew text, lemmas, and morphology are all thanks to the OSHB and some of the glosses are from Macula Hebrew.
