OET (OET-LV) And_because/when you(pl)_will_go war in_land_of_your(pl) on the_foe who_attacks you(pl) and_you(pl)_will_give_an_alarm on_trumpets and_you(pl)_will_be_remembered[fn] to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH god_of_your(pl) and_you(pl)_will_be_delivered from_enemies_of_your(pl).
10:9 OSHB note: BHS has been faithful to the Leningrad Codex where there might be a question of the validity of the form and we keep the same form as BHS.
OET (OET-RV) When you need to defend yourselves against an attacker, then you must sound an alarm with the trumpets, and you’ll all be noticed by Yahweh, and you’ll be saved from your enemies.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / yousingular
וְכִֽי־תָבֹ֨אוּ
and=because/when go
The word you here and in the rest of this verse is plural because Yahweh is addressing all the Israelites along with Moses. So use the plural form in your translation if your language marks that distinction.
Note 2 topic: writing-poetry
הַצַּר֙ הַצֹּרֵ֣ר אֶתְכֶ֔ם
the,foe [who],attacks ,you(pl)
Yahweh is using a construction in which a verb and its object come from the same root. You may be able to use the same construction in your language to express the meaning here. Alternatively, your language may have another way of saying this. Alternate translation: [those who oppose you]
Note 3 topic: translate-unknown
וַהֲרֵעֹתֶ֖ם
and,you(pl)_will_give_an_alarm
See how you translated this phrase in [10:5](../10/05.md).
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
וֲנִזְכַּרְתֶּ֗ם לִפְנֵי֙ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֔ם וְנוֹשַׁעְתֶּ֖ם
and,you(pl)_will_be_remembered to=(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH God_of,your(pl) and,you(pl)_will_be_delivered
The expressions shall be remembered and shall be saved are passive verbal forms. If your language would not use those forms, you could express the ideas in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. If you need to say who does the actions, the context indicates that it is God. Alternate translation: [and Yahweh your God shall remember you, and he shall save you]
Note 5 topic: grammar-connect-logic-result
וֲנִזְכַּרְתֶּ֗ם
and,you(pl)_will_be_remembered
The word translated as and indicates that what follows is a result of what came before. Use a connector in your language that makes it clear that what follows is a result of what came before. Alternate translation: [and in response you shall be remembered]
Note 6 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
לִפְנֵי֙ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֔ם
to=(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH God_of,your(pl)
Here, to the face of represents being in front of Yahweh. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [before Yahweh your God]
Note 7 topic: figures-of-speech / 123person
לִפְנֵי֙ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֔ם
to=(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH God_of,your(pl)
Yahweh is speaking of himself in the third person as Yahweh your God. If it would be helpful in your language, you could translate this in the first person. Alternate translation: [to my face, who am Yahweh your God]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
Acknowledgements: The Hebrew text, lemmas, and morphology are all thanks to the OSHB and some of the glosses are from Macula Hebrew.
