Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / explicitinfo
וְעָבַ֨ר עָלָ֧יו רֽוּחַ־קִנְאָ֛ה וְקִנֵּ֥א אֶת־אִשְׁתּ֖וֹ וְהִ֣וא נִטְמָ֑אָה אוֹ־עָבַ֨ר עָלָ֤יו רֽוּחַ־קִנְאָה֙ וְקִנֵּ֣א & וְהִ֖יא לֹ֥א נִטְמָֽאָה
and,it_will_pass on/upon/above=him/it spirit_of jealousy and,he_will_be_jealous_of DOM his/its=wife/woman and,she defiled or comes_over on/upon/above=him/it spirit_of jealousy and,he_will_be_jealous_of & and=she not defiled
It might seem that the second occurrence of the expression a spirit of jealousy passes over on him and he is jealous of his wife contains extra information that would not be natural to express in your language. If so, you can shorten it. Alternate translation: [and a spirit of jealousy passes over on him and he is jealous of his wife and she, she is made unclean or she, she is not made unclean]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / parallelism
וְעָבַ֨ר עָלָ֧יו רֽוּחַ־קִנְאָ֛ה וְקִנֵּ֥א אֶת־אִשְׁתּ֖וֹ & אוֹ־עָבַ֨ר עָלָ֤יו רֽוּחַ־קִנְאָה֙ וְקִנֵּ֣א & וְהִ֖יא
and,it_will_pass on/upon/above=him/it spirit_of jealousy and,he_will_be_jealous_of DOM his/its=wife/woman & or comes_over on/upon/above=him/it spirit_of jealousy and,he_will_be_jealous_of & and=she
The two phrases a spirit of jealousy passes over on him and he is jealous mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could connect the phrases with a word other than and in order to show that the second phrase is repeating the first one, not saying something additional. Alternate translation: [and a spirit of jealousy passes over on him so that he is jealous of his wife … or a spirit of jealousy passes over on him so that he is jealous of his wife]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
וְעָבַ֨ר עָלָ֧יו רֽוּחַ־קִנְאָ֛ה & אוֹ־עָבַ֨ר עָלָ֤יו רֽוּחַ־קִנְאָה֙
and,it_will_pass on/upon/above=him/it spirit_of jealousy & or comes_over on/upon/above=him/it spirit_of jealousy
Yahweh is using a spirit of jealousy passes over on him as a common expression of his culture to mean “he feels jealous.” If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and he feels jealous … or he feels jealous]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
וְהִ֣וא נִטְמָ֑אָה & לֹ֥א נִטְמָֽאָה
and,she defiled & not defiled
The expression is made unclean is a passive verbal form. If your language would not use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [and she, she has made herself unclean … and she, she has not made herself unclean]
Note 5 topic: figures-of-speech / rpronouns
וְהִ֣וא נִטְמָ֑אָה & לֹ֥א נִטְמָֽאָה
and,she defiled & not defiled
Yahweh is stating the pronoun she separately, even though the verbs translated as she is made unclean and she is … made unclean already include this meaning. He is doing that to switch from speaking about the husband to speaking about the wife. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing that emphasis. Alternate translation: [and as for her, she is made unclean … and as for her, she is not made caught]
OET (OET-LV) And_it_will_pass on/upon/above_him/it a_spirit_of jealousy and_he_will_be_jealous_of DOM his/its_wife/woman and_she she_has_made_herself_unclean or it_has_passed on/upon/above_him/it a_spirit_of jealousy and_he_will_be_jealous_of DOM his/its_wife/woman and_she not she_has_made_herself_unclean.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
