Yahweh is referring to sexual relations in a polite way by using the phrase lies with her the lying of seed. Depending on what is helpful in your language, you could use a polite way of referring to this in your language, or you could state this plainly. Alternate translation: [has sexual relations with her] or [commits adultery with her]

By a man Yahweh means a man who is not the woman’s husband. This would have been clear to the original readers from the context. You could indicate this explicitly in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [a man who is not her husband]

וְ⁠נֶעְלַם֙ מֵ⁠עֵינֵ֣י אִישָׁ֔⁠הּ

and,it_will_be_hidden from,the_eyes_of her/its=husband/man

The expression it is concealed from the eyes of her husband is a passive verbal form. If your language would not use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [and the eyes of her husband do not see it]

These two phrases it is concealed from the eyes of her husband and it is hidden mean basically the same thing. Yahweh is stating the pronoun she separately, even though the verbs translated as she is made unclean and she has … been caught already include this meaning. He is doing that to switch from speaking about the husband to speaking about the wife. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing that emphasis. Alternate translation: [and as for her, she is made unclean … and as for her, she has not been caught]
