The words that the ULT translates as wait, your, and be courageous are all singular here. David is either speaking to himself or to some other individual, or he is speaking collectively to each individual person experiencing discouragement or fear who might hear or read this psalm. So use the singular forms in your translation if your language marks that distinction.
