אִם־תַּחֲנֶ֬ה עָלַ֨⁠י ׀ מַחֲנֶה֮ לֹֽא־יִירָ֪א לִ֫בִּ֥⁠י אִם־תָּק֣וּם עָ֭לַ⁠י מִלְחָמָ֑ה בְּ֝⁠זֹ֗את אֲנִ֣י בוֹטֵֽחַ

These two phrases mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. Hebrew poetry was based on this kind of repetition, and you may want to show this to your readers by including both phrases in your translation. If it is helpful, you could connect the phrases in a way that shows that the second phrase is repeating the first one, not saying something additional. Alternate translation: [Though an army encamps against me and war arises against me, my heart will not fear but will be confident]

In this verse, the word army is singular in form, but it refers to all soldiers as a group. If it would be helpful in your language, you could express the meaning of “army” in another way. Alternate translation: [Though enemy troops encamp against me]

Here David is speaking of my heart as if it were the part of him that experiences fear. In your language, it may be more natural to say that David himself will not fear. Alternate translation: [I will not fear]
