The psalmist is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from later in the verse if that would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: [The rich of the people will entreat your face; the daughter of Tyre will do so with a gift]

The psalmist may be using one particularly wealthy and influential kingdom, Tyre, to represent foreign kingdoms in general. This would be complementary to the people of Israel or Judah whom he mentions later in the verse. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Representatives of foreign kingdoms]
