Moses is using the question form for emphasis. If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate this as a statement or as an exclamation. Since Moses says “we” and “us” throughout the rest of the psalm, you could say “we” here in your translation. Alternate translation: [We ought to know the power of your anger, and we ought to know your wrath according to your fear!]

See how you translated the term nose in verse 7. Alternate translation: [your anger]

Moses is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: [or who knows your wrath according to your fear]

Alternate translation: [or who fears you in a way that accords with your wrath] or [and we ought to fear you in a way that accords with your wrath against sin]
