89.11 Quis novi. ID. Potestas iræ hominis est corpus occidere, post nihil facere. Deus et hic punit, et post in gehennam mittit: et a paucis major ejus ira intelligitur.

89.11 Who new. ID. Power anger of_man it_is body to_kill, after nothing to_do. God and this/here punishes, and after in/into/on hell sends: and from in_a_few major/greater his/her anger/rage understood.

who? knows power_of (Some words not found in UHB: who? knows power_of your_anger_of,your and_[is],like,fear_of,your fury_of,your )

Moses is using the question form for emphasis. If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate this as a statement or as an exclamation. Since Moses says “we” and “us” throughout the rest of the psalm, you could say “we” here in your translation. Alternate translation: [We ought to know the power of your anger, and we ought to know your wrath according to your fear!]

Moses is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: [or who knows your wrath according to your fear]

Moses is using the possessive form your fear to describe not fear that God has, but fear or reverent respect that people have for God. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [or who fears you in a way that accords with your wrath] or [and we ought to fear you in a way that accords with your wrath against sin]
