uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor

בַבֹּ֣קֶר

(Some words not found in UHB: satisfy,us in,morning loyalty_of,your_covenant so,that_we_may_shout_for_joy and,so_that_we_may_rejoice in=all days_of,our )

Moses is speaking as if he actually wanted God to Satisfy the Israelites in the morning, that is, at the beginning of an actual day. He could mean: (1) that he wants God to be eager to treat the Israelites mercifully. He would be using the expression in the morning by allusion to the way that people get up early in the morning to do something they are eager to do. Alternate translation: [eagerly] or [soon]; (2) that he wants God to treat the Israelites mercifully after a time of trouble. He would be speaking of that time of trouble as if it had actually been a night and of the time after it as if it were actually a morning. Alternate translation: [after this time of trouble]

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / abstractnouns

חַסְדֶּ֑ךָ

(Some words not found in UHB: satisfy,us in,morning loyalty_of,your_covenant so,that_we_may_shout_for_joy and,so_that_we_may_rejoice in=all days_of,our )

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of covenant faithfulness, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [with all the ways you are faithful to your covenant]

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / doublet

וּֽנְרַנְּנָ֥ה וְ֝נִשְׂמְחָ֗ה

(Some words not found in UHB: satisfy,us in,morning loyalty_of,your_covenant so,that_we_may_shout_for_joy and,so_that_we_may_rejoice in=all days_of,our )

The terms rejoice and be glad mean similar things. Moses is using the two terms together for emphasis. If it would be helpful for your readers, you could express the emphasis with a single phrase. Alternate translation: [and we will rejoice greatly] or [and we will be very glad]

Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy

בְּכָל־יָמֵֽינוּ

(Some words not found in UHB: satisfy,us in,morning loyalty_of,your_covenant so,that_we_may_shout_for_joy and,so_that_we_may_rejoice in=all days_of,our )

Moses is using the term days to refer to a specific time, the human lifetime, since time is made up of days. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [for all of the rest of our lives]

Note 5 topic: figures-of-speech / hyperbole

בְּכָל־יָמֵֽינוּ

(Some words not found in UHB: satisfy,us in,morning loyalty_of,your_covenant so,that_we_may_shout_for_joy and,so_that_we_may_rejoice in=all days_of,our )

Moses is saying that the Israelites will rejoice for all of the rest of their lives as a generalization for emphasis. If it would be helpful in your language, you could express the emphasis in a different way. Alternate translation: [throughout our lives]
