OET (OET-LV)Therefore be_receiving one_another, as also the chosen_one/messiah received you_all, to the_glory of_ the _god.

OET (OET-RV)So then be accepting each other just as the messiah accepted all of you so that God will be honoured.

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: grammar-connect-logic-result

διὸ

(Some words not found in SR-GNT: Διό προσλαμβάνεσθε ἀλλήλους καθώς καί ὁ Χριστός προσελάβετο ὑμᾶς εἰς δόξαν τοῦ Θεοῦ)

The word Therefore indicates that what follows is a logical conclusion. Therefore here introduces the conclusion of what Paul has said in [14:1](../14/01.md)–[15:6](../15/06.md). See how you translated this word in [1:24](../01/24.md).

Note 2 topic: grammar-connect-logic-goal

εἰς δόξαν τοῦ Θεοῦ

to ˓the˒_glory ¬the ˱of˲_God

Here, to introduces a purpose clause. Paul is stating the purpose for which Christians should accept each other as Christ accepted Christians. Use a natural way in your language for introducing a purpose clause. Alternate translation (without a comma preceding): [for the purpose of glorifying God]

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

15:7 To accept each other means more than grudgingly putting up with each other. We are to welcome other believers, with all their flaws and sins, into our fellowship and treat them as family (see study note on 12:10), just as Christ has accepted us, with all our flaws and sins, into his fellowship and family (5:8-11).

OET (OET-RV)So then be accepting each other just as the messiah accepted all of you so that God will be honoured.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
