In this section, Paul told the believers to welcome Phoebe when she arrived in Rome and to help her. It is likely that Phoebe carried this letter to Rome.
Then Paul greeted a number of believers whom he had already met. He often used an encouraging description of the person he was greeting.
Then he encouraged the believers in Rome to welcome one another. He warned them to watch out for people who cause divisions or create problems among the believers. He told them to avoid such people. He reminded them that such people only do things for their own selfish interests. He reminded the believers in Rome that people in many places know that the believers obey God well. He encouraged them by saying that God would soon defeat Satan. He blessed them with the grace of Jesus.
He relayed greetings to them from people who were there with him.
Here are other possible headings for this section:
Final Instructions and Greetings (ESV)

Paul greeted the believers there
The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.
So have nothing to do with the false teachers. Then in that way God who causes us to live in peace with each other will soon destroy Satan’s power.
The God of peace: The word of indicates here that God gives peace. He causes others to have peace. The whole phrase describes the one true God. It does not imply that there are many gods and there is one that gives peace.
peace: This word refers to having no conflicts with other people or with God. The Greek word may also indicate wholeness or well-being.The BDAG (pages 287–288) has two main senses: (1), “a state of concord, peace, harmony”; (2), “a state of well-being, peace.” They list this verse under (2) but as a specialized sense: “nearly synonymous with messianic salvation.” But neither Louw-Nida nor Liddell-Scott have such a specialized sense.
See how you translated this word in 1:7 or 15:33.
crush Satan under your feet: The word crush is used figuratively to refer to completely defeating Satan. The words under your feet indicate that believers will also gain victory over Satan by this deed of God.
In some languages a literal translation will not have the correct meaning. If that is true in your language, translate the meaning. For example:
completely defeat Satan for you
Satan: The word Satan is the Hebrew name of the leader of all the evil spirits. In Hebrew his name means “enemy.” He is the enemy of God and God’s people. Here are some ways to translate Satan:
Use a local name or idiom that refers to the chief of all demons.
Use a descriptive phrase. For example:
the chief/leader of the evil spirits
the spirit enemy of God
Borrow the common language word and spell it as someone in your area would say it. If this word is not already known in your area, you may also want to add a descriptive phrase. For example:
Satanas, the ruler of demons
Saitan
If you have translated the gospels, see how you translated this word in Matthew 4:10, Mark 1:13, Luke 10:18, or John 13:27.
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
I ask that the grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.
I pray that the kindness of our Lord Jesus will continue to be with you.
(NIV:) The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you: There is a textual issue here. Some Greek manuscripts add the word “Christ” after the name Jesus:
Do not include this word here. (NIV, GNT, NASB, NLT, GW, CEV, NET, REB, NCV)
Include this word here. For example:
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you (RSV) (BSB, RSV, NJB, ESV, KJV)
It is recommended that you follow option (1), because the UBS Greek NT 5 says it is certain that option (1) is the correct reading.
This is an indirect request. Paul asked God to give this grace to the believers in Rome while speaking to them. Here are other ways to translate this clause:
I pray that the grace of our Lord Jesus will be with you all
I request that grace of our Lord Jesus be with you all
I desire that grace of our Lord Jesus will be with you all
See how you translated a similar clause in 15:13 or 15:33.
grace: This word refers to kindness that is given to people without requiring anything in return. This kindness is not given because they have done anything to deserve it. See how you translated this word in 1:5 or 12:6.

ὁ & Θεὸς τῆς εἰρήνης
the & (Some words not found in SR-GNT: ὁ Δέ Θεός τῆς εἰρήνης συντρίψει τόν Σατανᾶν ὑπό τούς πόδας ὑμῶν ἐν τάχει Ἡ χάρις τοῦ Κυρίου ἡμῶν Ἰησοῦ μεθʼ ὑμῶν)
See how you translated this phrase in [15:33](../15/33.md).
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor

Here Paul speaks of the Roman believers having victory over Satan as if they would crush him under their feet. If it would be helpful in your language, you could express the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [will cause you to have complete victory over Satan]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / abstractnouns
ἐν τάχει. ἡ χάρις τοῦ Κυρίου ἡμῶν, Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ, μεθ’ ὑμῶν

If your language does not use abstract nouns for the ideas of haste and grace, you could express the same ideas in another way. Alternate translation: [hastily. May the Lord Jesus Christ act graciously toward you]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
ἐν τάχει
in quickness
Paul is using the term with haste to refer something happening without delay. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. The phrase translated as with haste can also refer to something happening after a very short time period. Alternate translation: [in a short time] or [soon]
Note 5 topic: translate-blessing
ἡ χάρις τοῦ Κυρίου ἡμῶν, Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ, μεθ’ ὑμῶν

As was customary in his culture, Paul closes his letter with a blessing for the Roman believers. Use a form that people would recognize as a blessing in your language. Alternate translation: [May you experience kindness from our Lord Jesus Christ] or [I pray that you will have grace from our Lord Jesus Christ]
16:20 The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet: Paul alludes to the curse that God pronounced upon the serpent after he had deceived Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden (Gen 3:15). Christ, the offspring of Eve, will soon crush Satan under the feet of the church (cp. Matt 16:18-19).
OET (OET-LV) And the god of_ the _peace will_be_crushing the Satan/(Sāţān) under the feet of_you_all in quickness.
The grace of_the master of_us, Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) with you_all be.
OET (OET-RV) then the God of peace will be quickly crushing Satan under your feet.
¶ May the grace from our master Yeshua be with all of you.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
