OET (OET-LV)because the known thing of_ the _god, manifest is among them, the For/Because god to_them revealed it.

OET (OET-RV)because the fact that there is a god has been shown to them because God himself has revealed it.

SIL Open Translator’s Notes:

Section 1:18–32: God is angry with people because they sin

In this section, Paul said that it is clear that God is angry about the bad things that people do. God has shown all people who he is, but they have rejected him. So they became fools and worshiped things instead of God. And so God put them under the control of sinful desires even more.

Here are other possible headings for this section:

The reason why God is angry with people

God’s Wrath on Unrighteousness (ESV)

People do what is not right in God’s sight and so God is angry

1:19a

For what may be known about God is plain to them,

For: This word introduces an explanation for why the things Paul said in 1:18 are true.

what may be known about God: This clause refers to things that people can see on earth and realize that God caused them and therefore understand a little what kind of God he is.Witherington (page 66) calls it “natural revelation in creation and natural knowledge of God based on this natural revelation.” See Schreiner (page 85) also. It does not refer to the gospel about Jesus. Here are other ways to translate this clause:

some knowledge of him (NCV)

those things concerning God which are possible for people to knowTagbanwa Back Translation on TW.

what can be known about God from this creation

what can be known about God from looking at this world

is plain to them: This phrase indicates that such knowledge is clear to all people; it is not hidden. Here are other ways to translate this phrase:

is evident within them (NASB)

it is clear to themKankanaey Back Translation on TW.

to them: The Greek word that the BSB translates as to is often translated as “in.” Here the phrase “in them” probably means “within each person’s conscience or…within each cultural group.”Jewett (page 153). He says it “is impossible to determine” which one. He translates with “within them” and says this translation allows both meanings (in English). Translate with either of those meanings.

1:19b

because God has made it plain to them.

because: This word introduces the reason for the previous statement. Some languages need to put the reason first. If that is true in your language, reorder this verse. For example:

For God has shown to them what can be known about him, therefore it is plain to them.

God has made it plain to them: The tense indicates that God has already shown it to them.

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive

τὸ γνωστὸν τοῦ Θεοῦ

(Some words not found in SR-GNT: διότι τό γνωστόν τοῦ Θεοῦ φανερόν ἐστίν ἐν αὐτοῖς ὁ Θεός Γάρ αὐτοῖς ἐφανέρωσεν)

If your language does not use the passive form in this way, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [what people can know about God]

Note 2 topic: writing-pronouns

αὐτοῖς & αὐτοῖς

them & ˱to˲_them

The pronoun them refers to the ungodly and unrighteous people mentioned in the previous verse. Unless, otherwise noted, them, “their”, and “they” refer to ungodly and unrighteous people throughout [1:19–32](../01/19.md). If it would be helpful in your language, you could state this explicitly. Alternate translation: [all these ungodly and unrighteous people … all these ungodly and unrighteous people]

OET (OET-RV)because the fact that there is a god has been shown to them because God himself has revealed it.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
