This chapter is the conclusion of Job’s response to Eliphaz’s second speech. Job expresses his disappointment with his friends’ advice, he asks Yahweh to help him, and he wishes that he had good things to hope for.The ULT sets the lines of this chapter farther to the right on the page than the rest of the text because it is poetry.
