¶ Joshua said to them, “Who are you? Where do you come from?”

NET But they said to Joshua, “We are willing to be your subjects.” So Joshua said to them, “Who are you and where do you come from?”

CLV At illi ad Josue: Servi, inquiunt, tui sumus. Quibus Josue ait: Quinam estis vos? et unde venistis?

BRN And they said to Joshua, We are thy servants: and Joshua said to them, Whence are ye, and whence have ye come?
