7.7 Non pecces in multitudinem. Qui ratione pollet, et liberi arbitrii potestate prævalet, subditorum insolentia non peccet, sed constanter resistat alienæ nequitiæ: nec se putet impune peccare, si plurimorum acquiescit voluntati; unde: Non solum autem qui ea faciunt, sed qui consentiunt facienti Rom. 1., etc.
