Here Moses is speaking of commandments as if they were ways a person should walk in. He is saying that obeying Yahweh’s commandments is like walking on those ways. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and to obey all his commandments]

Moses is using all of the days as a common expression of his culture to mean “forever” or “always.” If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have this meaning or state the meaning plainly.
