Only all of the cities standing on their mound, Israel did not burn, except Hazor alone Joshua burned

If it would appear in your language that the author was making a statement and then contradicting it, you could reword this as a positive statement. Alternate translation: “The only one of the cities standing on their mounds that Joshua burned was Hazor; Israel did not burn any of the others”

their mound

Since the author is referring to multiple mounds (one for each city), it might be more natural in your language to use the plural form. Alternate translation: “their mounds”
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
all of the cities standing on their mound, Israel did not burn
(Some words not found in UHB: only all/each/any/every the,cities the,stood on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in mounds,their not burn,them Yisrael except DOM Ḩāʦōr by,self_of,which burned Yəhōshūˊa/(Joshua) )
The author does not say explicitly why Joshua did not burn such cities. For a likely explanation, see the discussion in the General Notes to this chapter. You could indicate the reason explicitly in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. The UST models one way to do that.
11:13 the towns built on mounds: In the ancient Near East it was common practice to rebuild cities on the same sites after they had been destroyed. All the elements that made a city site advantageous remained after a city’s destruction. Many cities were rebuilt numerous times, slowly rising in height as more debris accumulated after each destruction.
• Joshua burned only Hazor in the north, just as he had destroyed Jericho (6:24) and Ai (8:28) in the center of the land.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
