OET (OET-LV) And_he/it_was just_as_passed the_noontide(s) and_they_prophesied until (to)_goes_up the_offering and_there_was_not a_voice and_there_was_not one_who_answered and_there_was_not attentiveness.
OET (OET-RV) Midday passed and they continued raving all afternoon, but they didn’t hear any voice, and they got no answer or even any suggestion that their god was listening.

וַיִּֽתְנַבְּא֔וּ
(Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_was just,as_passed the,noontide(s) and,they_prophesied until (to)_goes,up the,offering and,there_[was]_not sound/voice and,there_[was]_not answered and,there_[was]_not paid_attention )
In this context, the word prophesied does not indicate that these prophets of Baal said things that Baal inspired them to say. Instead, the word describes people being in a raving state in which they are not in full control of their actions. If you have already translated the book of 1 Samuel, see how you translated the same term in [1 Samuel 18:10](../1sa/18/10.md), where it describes Saul attempting to use violence against David while out of control. Alternate translation: [that they raved]

until (to)_goes,up (Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_was just,as_passed the,noontide(s) and,they_prophesied until (to)_goes,up the,offering and,there_[was]_not sound/voice and,there_[was]_not answered and,there_[was]_not paid_attention )
Here, the offering of the grain offering represents the time when the grain offering was customarily made. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [until the time when it was customary to offer the grain offering]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
עַ֖ד לַעֲל֣וֹת הַמִּנְחָ֑ה
until (to)_goes,up (Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_was just,as_passed the,noontide(s) and,they_prophesied until (to)_goes,up the,offering and,there_[was]_not sound/voice and,there_[was]_not answered and,there_[was]_not paid_attention )
The author assumes that readers will know that the time when the daily grain offering was made was in the middle of the afternoon. You could say that explicitly if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [until the middle of the afternoon]

וְאֵֽין־ק֥וֹל וְאֵין־עֹנֶ֖ה וְאֵ֥ין קָֽשֶׁב
and,there_[was]_not sound/voice and,there_[was]_not answered and,there_[was]_not (Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_was just,as_passed the,noontide(s) and,they_prophesied until (to)_goes,up the,offering and,there_[was]_not sound/voice and,there_[was]_not answered and,there_[was]_not paid_attention )
See how you translated the similar expression in [18:26](../18/26.md). Alternate translation: [But no one said anything or did anything or paid any attention in response]
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
Acknowledgements: The Hebrew text, lemmas, and morphology are all thanks to the OSHB and some of the glosses are from Macula Hebrew.
