The phrase your ornaments is a translation of the written Hebrew text. This reading, however, does not seem to make sense. It seems that the scribe mistook the word translated as ornaments for a similar word that means “existence.” The ancient Greek translation says, “your desires.” You may want to follow one of those readings. Alternate translation: [your existence] or [your desires]

בַּ⁠טּ֣וֹב

David is using the adjective good as a noun to mean good things. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate this adjective with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: [with good things]

תִּתְחַדֵּ֖שׁ

The word itself indicates that the object of the verb is the same as the subject of the verb. Use a way that is natural in your language to indicate that the same thing fills two roles in the sentence. Alternate translation: [becomes renewed]

The point of this comparison is that just as the eagle is capable and strong, so your youth being renewed makes you feel capable and strong. If it would be helpful in your language, you could make this point explicitly. Alternate translation: [like an eagle that can go wherever it desires to go]
