from=long_ago/eternity and=unto everlasting

The psalmist is using from everlasting to everlasting as a common expression of his culture to mean “eternally” or “forever.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [lasts forever]

The psalmist assumes that readers will know that the children of children refers to future generations. You could say that explicitly if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [to their descendants]
