לְ⁠שֹׁמְרֵ֥י בְרִית֑⁠וֹ וּ⁠לְ⁠זֹכְרֵ֥י פִ֝קֻּדָ֗י⁠ו לַ⁠עֲשׂוֹתָֽ⁠ם

(Some words not found in UHB: to,[those_who]_keep_of covenant_of,(of)_his and,to,[those_who]_remember_of precepts_of,(of)_his to,do,them )

These two phrases mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. Hebrew poetry was based on this kind of repetition, and you may want to show this to your readers by including both phrases in your translation. If it is helpful, you could connect the phrases in a way that shows that the second phrase is repeating the first one, not saying something additional. Alternate translation: [to the ones keeping his covenant, that is, to the ones remembering his precepts, to do them]

The pronoun the ones refers to people who fear Yahweh, as described in verse 17. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [to those children … and to the children] or [to those descendants … and to the descendants]

The implication is that they are actively keeping God’s precepts in their minds so that they can obey them. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [keeping in mind]

Here, to do them marks this clause as the goal or purpose of remembering his precepts. Use a connector in your language that makes it clear that this is the purpose. Alternate translation: [in order to do them]
