OET (OET-LV)Not and only this, but also Ɽebekka/(Riⱱqāh) by one sexual_intercourse, having of_Isaʼak, the father of_us,

OET (OET-RV) And not only that, but also Rebekah from one pregnancy delivered twins, one being our ancestor Isaac.

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: writing-pronouns

οὐ μόνον δέ

not only_‹this› and

Here, this refers to what Paul said in the previous verse, which was an example of God’s promises. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state this explicitly. Alternate translation: “Now, this is not the only example” or “Now, what God promised Abraham is not the only example”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit

ἀλλὰ καὶ Ῥεβέκκα

but also Rebecca

Paul implies that God made a promise to Rebekah and he states that promise in 9:12. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state this explicitly. Alternate translation: “but Rebekah also received a promise from God”

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor

τοῦ πατρὸς ἡμῶν

the father ˱of˲_us

Here, father refers to Isaac as the ancestor of the Jewish people. If it would be helpful in your language, you could express the meaning plainly. Alternative translation: “our forefather”

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

9:10-11 she gave birth to twins: No human circumstances differentiated Isaac’s sons, Jacob and Esau. Not only were they born to the same mother, but they were also conceived at the same time. Instead, Paul argues, the difference between them was of God’s choosing.
