OET (OET-RV) “What’s all that?” the king asked.
¶ “The donkeys are for the king’s family to ride,” Tsiva answered, “and the bread and fruits are for the young men to eat, and the wine is for the people to drink who feel faint in the wilderness.”

מָה־אֵ֣לֶּה לָּ֑ךְ
what (Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_said the=king to/towards Tsīⱱāʼ/(Ziba) what these to,you and=he/it_said Tsīⱱāʼ/(Ziba) the,donkeys [are]_for,the_household_of the=king to,ride and,,the, and,the,fruit [are]_to,eat the_young,men and,the,wine [is]_to,drink the_weary,[person] in,wilderness )
David is using What are these to you? as a common expression of his culture to mean “Why have you brought these things?” If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [What do you have here] or [Why have you brought these things]

Even though Ziba is addressing David directly, he is speaking of him in the third person as the king to show respect. If it would be helpful in your language, you could translate this in a respectful form in the second person. Alternate translation: [for your house]

[are]_for,the_household_of (Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_said the=king to/towards Tsīⱱāʼ/(Ziba) what these to,you and=he/it_said Tsīⱱāʼ/(Ziba) the,donkeys [are]_for,the_household_of the=king to,ride and,,the, and,the,fruit [are]_to,eat the_young,men and,the,wine [is]_to,drink the_weary,[person] in,wilderness )
Ziba is using the term house to mean David’s household, that is, his family and servants. Alternate translation: [for the household of the king] or [for your household]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / nominaladj

Ziba is using the adjective faint as a noun to mean a certain kind of person. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate this adjective with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: [is for people who become faint in the wilderness]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
