Normally the OET discourages the reading of individual ‘verses’, but this view is only designed as a tool for doing comparisons of different translations—the older translations are further down the page (so you can read up from the bottom to trace the English translation history). The OET segments on this page are still very early looks into the unfinished texts of the Open English Translation of the Bible—please double-check these texts in advance before using in public.

1:16 The household of Stephanas were the first converts in the province of Achaia (southern Greece; see 16:15). Household refers to all who lived in the house, which might include more than Stephanas’s immediate family.
In this section Paul wrote about a serious problem in the Corinthian church. The Corinthian believers were dividing up into competing groups. They were following whichever human leader they admired the most. Paul tried to solve this problem by reminding the Corinthians of the message of the cross. He wanted them to stop following human wisdom and to follow God’s wisdom.
There were divisions among the believers at Corinth. They divided into groups according to which leader they thought was the best one to follow. Paul taught them that Christ was not divided, so neither should his church be divided. His message was that all believers are united in Christ.
In 1:14 Paul said that he had only baptized two people in Corinth: Crispus and Gaius. Here he added that he had also baptized some other people. So this verse is a correction of what he had just written.
Many English versions have used parentheses here. However, the parentheses are not part of the original Greek text. You should indicate that this verse is a correction/addition, in a way that is natural in your language. For example:
(Oh yes, I also baptized the household of Stephanas. I don't remember baptizing anyone else.) (NLT)
I did of course baptize the household of Stephanas; I cannot think of anyone else. (REB)
Yes, I also baptized the household of Stephanas;
Oh yes, I did baptize Stephanas and his family also.
Correction! I did also baptize Stephanas together with his household.
Yes: The BSB has inserted the word Yes in order to introduce the parenthetical comment. This verse gives some additional information that Paul had just remembered or been reminded of. Many other English versions do not insert this word. You should introduce the new information in a way that is natural in/for your language.
the household of Stephanas: This phrase refers to Stephanas and those who lived with him in his house.
beyond that I do not remember if I baptized anyone else.
I do not remember whether I baptized anyone else/any others besides them.
Right now I do not remember if I baptized any others of you there in Corinth besides them.
I don’t think that I baptized any other Corinthians besides them.
beyond that I do not remember if I baptized anyone else: Paul indicated that he thought he had not baptized any other Corinthian believers. If he had, he had forgotten about it. Other ways to translate this are:
but I do not remember that I baptized anyone else (NCV)
I cannot think of anyone else (REB)

δὲ
(Some words not found in SR-GNT: ἐβάπτισα Δέ καί τόν Στεφανᾶ οἶκον λοιπόν οὐκ οἶδα εἰ τινά ἄλλον ἐβάπτισα)
Here, Now interrupts the argument and reintroduces the theme of [1:14](../01/14.md), which is about whom Paul baptized. If it would be helpful in your language, you could express the idea behind this transition by using punctuation that indicates a brief aside or parenthesis, or you could use a phrase that introduces when someone remembers something. Alternate translation: [Speaking of baptizing, I remember that]
Note 2 topic: translate-names
Στεφανᾶ
˱of˲_Stephanas
Stephanas is the name of a man.
Note 3 topic: translate-unknown

not ˱I˲_˓have˒_known (Some words not found in SR-GNT: ἐβάπτισα Δέ καί τόν Στεφανᾶ οἶκον λοιπόν οὐκ οἶδα εἰ τινά ἄλλον ἐβάπτισα)
This statement expresses more or less confidence about how many people Paul baptized. It could mean that Paul is: (1) relatively confident that he has thought of everyone he baptized. Alternate translation: [I think that this is everyone that I baptized] (2) less confident that he has thought of everyone he baptized. Alternate translation: [I do not remember if I baptized any others]

εἴ
(Some words not found in SR-GNT: ἐβάπτισα Δέ καί τόν Στεφανᾶ οἶκον λοιπόν οὐκ οἶδα εἰ τινά ἄλλον ἐβάπτισα)
Paul here uses the condition introduced by if because he wishes to acknowledge that he thinks he has mentioned everyone that he baptized, but he is not sure. If it would be helpful in your language, you could express the meaning of this word with a word that expresses uncertainty. Alternate translation: [whether]
