Normally the OET discourages the reading of individual ‘verses’, but this view is only designed for doing comparisons of different translations. Click on any Bible version abbreviation down the left-hand side to see the verse in more of its context. The OET segments on this page are still very early looks into the unfinished texts of the Open English Translation of the Bible. Please double-check these texts in advance before using in public.

6:30-44 The disciples’ mission concludes (6:6-13, 30-34), followed by the account of the feeding of the 5,000 (6:35-44; see also Matt 14:13-21; Luke 9:10-17; John 6:1-15). The feeding of the 4,000 is sufficiently different to indicate that these were two separate occasions (see Mark 8:1-10).
Note 1 topic: writing-pronouns
ἔφαγον πάντες
˱they˲_ate all
The pronoun they in the phrase they all ate refers to the crowds who were there. If this is not clear for your readers, you could refer to these people more directly. Alternate translation: [the crowds all ate] or [all the groups of people ate]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
καὶ ἐχορτάσθησαν
and and /were/_satisfied
If your language does not use this passive form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your languages. Alternate translation: [until they were full]
