OET (OET-LV) DOM YHWH god_of_your you_will_fear and_DOM_him you_will_serve and_in/on/at/with_name_of_his you_will_swear_oaths.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / infostructure
אֶת־יְהוָ֧ה אֱלֹהֶ֛יךָ תִּירָ֖א וְאֹת֣וֹ תַעֲבֹ֑ד וּבִשְׁמ֖וֹ תִּשָּׁבֵֽעַ
DOM YHWH God_of,your fear and,DOM,him serve and,in/on/at/with,name_of,his swear
If it would be more natural in your language, you could change the phrasing to emphasize in your language what Moses is emphasizing here, that the Israelites should worship only Yahweh. Alternate translation: [It is Yahweh your God and no one else whom you shall fear; it is he alone whom you shall worship, and it is by his name and only his name that you shall swear]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
וּבִשְׁמ֖וֹ תִּשָּׁבֵֽעַ
and,in/on/at/with,name_of,his swear
The implication is that when the Israelites swear by Yahweh, that means they are asking Yahweh to take note of their promise and punish them if they do not fulfill their promise. Moses wants the Israelites to only invoke Yahweh’s name when making promises. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [and you shall make strong promises using only his name]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
וּבִשְׁמ֖וֹ תִּשָּׁבֵֽעַ
and,in/on/at/with,name_of,his swear
Here, name represents all of Yahweh: his power, presence, knowledge, and so on. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression from your language or state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and swear by Yahweh]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
Acknowledgements: The Hebrew text, lemmas, and morphology are all thanks to the OSHB and some of the glosses are from Macula Hebrew.
