Even though Moses is speaking to all the Israelites, you and your are singular in this verse. If the singular forms of these pronouns would not be natural in your language, you could use the plural forms in your translation.

The word translated as for indicates that what follows is a reason for what came before. Use a connector in your language that makes it clear that what follows is a reason for what came before. Alternate translation: [and this is because]

This does not mean that Yahweh has a physical body that lives with the Israelites. Moses means that Yahweh has a special relationship with the Israelites. You could include this information if it would be helpful for your readers. Alternate translation: [who is present with you]

Moses is using the word lest to introduce an outcome that he does not want to happen. Because of this, he first gives the Israelites an instruction (in the previous verse) to follow so that this will not happen. Use a connector in your language that makes it clear that avoiding this outcome is the purpose of the instruction. Alternate translation: [in case]
