Since one servant is speaking on behalf of a group of servants, it may be more natural in your language to say “our” rather than my, here and at the end of the verse. Alternate translation: [for our lord the king]

See the discussion in the introduction to 1 Kings of how characters in the book, in order to show respect, often speak of David and other rulers in the third person as “my lord the king,” even though they are speaking to that ruler directly. If it would be helpful in your language, you could translate this in a respectful form in the second person. Alternate translation: [for you, my lord the king]

The author is using stand to the face of as a common expression of his culture to mean “enter the service of.” If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly.
