Here the masculine term men has a generic sense that includes both men and women. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could use language in your translation that is clearly inclusive of both men and women. Alternate translation: [all of the people of Israel]

כָּל־אִ֣ישׁ יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל

The author is saying all of the men of Israel as an generalization for emphasis. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use a different way to express the emphasis. Alternate translation: [a great number of Israelites]

If it would be more natural in your language, you may want to put the information about that this was the seventh month with the information that it was the month of Ethanim. Alternate translation: [in the month of Ethanim (it is the seventh month), at the feast]

בְּיֶ֥רַח הָאֵֽתָנִ֖ים בֶּחָ֑ג ה֖וּא הַחֹ֥דֶשׁ הַשְּׁבִיעִֽי
(Some words not found in UHB: and,they_assembled to/towards the=king Shəlomoh/(Solomon) all/each/any/every (a)_man Yisrael in,the_month_of of_(the),Ethanim at,festival he/it [was]_the,month the=seventh )
The author is providing background information to help readers recognize that Ethanim was the official name at this time for the month that they knew simply as the seventh month. In your translation, present this information in a way that would be natural in your own language and culture.
Note 5 topic: translate-hebrewmonths
הָאֵֽתָנִ֖ים
of_(the),Ethanim
The seventh month of the Hebrew calendar, here called Ethanim, includes the last part of September and the first part of October on Western calendars. You could convert the Hebrew day and month into an approximate date on the calendar that your culture uses. However, the Jews used a lunar calendar, so if you use a solar calendar, the date will be different every year, and the translation will not be entirely accurate. So you may just want to give the number of the day and the name of the month on the Hebrew calendar and say in a footnote approximately what time of year that is on your calendar.

By at the feast, the author means the Feast of Booths (sometimes called the Feast of Tabernacles). You could indicate this explicitly in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [to celebrate the Feast of Booths]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
