In this verse, you is singular. It refers to Aaron, so use the singular form in your translation if your language marks that distinction.

The expression they shall be joined to you is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [they shall join themselves to you]

to=(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before tent/house of,the_testimony

Yahweh is using to the face of the tent of the Testimony as a common expression of the culture to mean “before the tent of the Testimony” or “in the presence of the tent of the Testimony.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [shall be before the tent of the Testimony]
