These two phrases Where shall I go from your spirit? and where shall I flee from your face? mean basically the same thing. See how your translation team has decided to represent pairs of phrases in Hebrew poetry that mean basically the same thing. Alternate translation: [There is truly nowhere I could go to escape your presence!] or [Where shall I go from your spirit? Indeed, where shall I flee from your face?]

David is using the question form to emphasize that there is nowhere he could go to escape from God’s spirit. If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate this as a statement or as an exclamation. Alternate translation: [I cannot go anywhere to escape from your spirit!]
