See how your translation team has decided to represent pairs of phrases in Hebrew poetry that mean basically the same thing. Alternate translation: [But I cry out to you every morning, Yahweh, and my prayer comes before you]

The psalmist uses the word But here to indicate a contrast between his crying out to Yahweh and the silence of the dead in verses 10–12. In your translation, indicate this contrast in a way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [However, I cry out to you, Yahweh]

The psalmist uses an independent pronoun, I, before the verb to emphasize that he, in contrast to the dead who cannot praise God, still cries out to Yahweh. Your language may use a similar construction to indicate emphasis.
