The word you is plural in both of these instances because David is addressing both Abishai and also Joab, who seems to have been nearby and supporting his brother’s suggestion. So use the plural form in your translation if your language marks that distinction.

It might seem that repeating this word three times would be extra information that would not be natural to express in your language.
