Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / parallelism
סַֽלְעִ֥י וּמְצֻדָתִ֖י וּמְפַלְטִי
rock_of,[is]_my and,stronghold_of,my and,deliverer_of,my
This verse says basically the same thing as the previous verse. See the discussion in the Introduction to this chapter of how Hebrew poetry was based on the repetition of words, phrases, and ideas. Decide as a team how you will represent Hebrew poetry in your translation.
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / doublet
יְהוָ֛ה סַֽלְעִ֥י וּמְצֻדָתִ֖י
YHWH rock_of,[is]_my and,stronghold_of,my
The terms rock and stronghold mean similar things. David is using the two terms together for emphasis. If it would be clearer for your readers, you could express the emphasis with a single phrase. Alternate translation: [Yahweh is the place where I go for safety]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
יְהוָ֛ה סַֽלְעִ֥י וּמְצֻדָתִ֖י
YHWH rock_of,[is]_my and,stronghold_of,my
David is speaking here of Yahweh as if he were a rock and a stronghold. He means that Yahweh provides safety and protection for him. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Yahweh is the one who keeps me safe]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / reduplication
וּמְפַלְטִי־לִֽי
and,deliverer_of,my to=me
David is saying both my and mine in order to intensify his expression of the idea that Yahweh is his deliverer. If your language can repeat words for intensification, it would be appropriate to do that here in your translation. If not, your language may have another way of expressing the intensification. Alternate translation: [and my sure deliverer]
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
