⇔ Upon that I was timid and I was afraid of telling you my knowledge.

UST This is what Elihu said. (He was the son of Barakel. He was from the Buzite people group.)

Specifically, the person said it in order to answer or respond to what someone else said. See how you have been translating this expression. Alternate translation: “And … responded”
