BrTr and the priest shall look on the spot the seventh day; and, behold, if the spot remains before him, if the spot has not spread in the skin, then the priest shall separate him the second time seven days.

ULT And the priest shall see it on the seventh day, and look, the infection stands in his eyes; the infection has not spread on the skin. Then the priest shall separate him for a second seven days.

UST On the last day of that week, the priest should examine the infected person again. If the priest can see that the infection is still there, but it has not spread on the person's skin, then the priest should quarantine the infected person for another week.

Here, eyes represent the sight of a person and, by extension, their judgment or assessment. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression from your language or state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: “in his assessment” or “as far as he can determine”

This expression refers to a second seven-day period during which the person with the infection is to be quarantined from other people. The word second is the ordinal form of the number two. If your language does not use ordinal numbers, you could use a cardinal number here or an equivalent expression. Alternate translation: “for another seven days”
