OET (OET-RV) He’ll drive those people groups out bit by bit—don’t try to destroy them all at once or else the wild animals would multiply up and cause problems.

Here the phrase from your face could: (1) be a common expression of the culture that means “on your account” or “on your behalf,” Alternate translation: [on your behalf] or (2) represent [from your presence.] Alternate translation: [from before you]

Moses is using the word translated as lest to introduce an outcome that Yahweh does not want to happen, but that could happen if the Israelites drove out the nations quickly rather than little by little. Use a connector in your language that makes it clear that avoiding this outcome is the purpose of Yahweh not allowing the Israelites to drive out the nations occupying the land too quickly.

תִּרְבֶּ֥ה עָלֶ֖יךָ חַיַּ֥ת הַשָּׂדֶֽה
(Some words not found in UHB: and,he_will_clear_away YHWH God_of,your DOM the=nations (the),these from,before_of,you little little not able to,make_an_end_of_them all_at_once lest multiply with,you being/animal the=field )
The implication is that the wild animals will increase in population and take over the land before the Israelites are able to cultivate all of the land. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [the animals of the field multiply before you can control their population]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
חַיַּ֥ת הַשָּׂדֶֽה
(Some words not found in UHB: and,he_will_clear_away YHWH God_of,your DOM the=nations (the),these from,before_of,you little little not able to,make_an_end_of_them all_at_once lest multiply with,you being/animal the=field )
Moses is using animals of the field as a common expression of his culture to mean “wild animals” or “non-domestic animals.” If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly as in the UST.
OET (OET-LV) And_ YHWH _he_will_clear_away god_of_your DOM the_nations (the)_these from_before_of_you little little not you_will_be_able to_make_an_end_of_them quickly lest it_should_increase with_you the_animal[s]_of the_field.
OET (OET-RV) He’ll drive those people groups out bit by bit—don’t try to destroy them all at once or else the wild animals would multiply up and cause problems.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
