וּ⁠מְשַׁלֵּ֧ם לְ⁠שֹׂנְאָ֛י⁠ו אֶל־פָּנָ֖י⁠ו לְ⁠הַאֲבִיד֑⁠וֹ לֹ֤א יְאַחֵר֙ לְ⁠שֹׂ֣נְא֔⁠וֹ אֶל־פָּנָ֖י⁠ו יְשַׁלֶּם־לֽ⁠וֹ

and,repays to,hate_of,him to/towards his/its=faces/face to,destroy,them not slow with,hates_of,him to/towards his/its=faces/face repay to=him/it

These two sentences mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words.
