The pronoun them refers to the other nations mentioned in the previous verse. If this is not clear to your readers, you could use state it in your translation. Alternate translation: [And Yahweh your God will give those other nations]

to=your=face

Here, faces represents being in their presence which implies being under their control. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression from your language or state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [into your control]

Moses is repeating forms of the verb confuse in order to intensify his expression of the idea that it conveys.
