OET (OET-LV)And_DOM the_two the_ends of_the_two the_cords you_will_put on the_two the_filigree_settings and_you(ms)_will_give on the_shoulder-pieces the_ephod to the_front his/its_faces/face.

OET (OET-RV)with the other ends fastened to the two decorative settings around the stones and then attached to the front side of the shoulder straps.

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy

אֶל־מ֥וּל פָּנָֽיו

to/towards front his/its=faces/face

Here, face simply refers to the object (the ephod). Alternate translation: “on its front side”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit

עַל־שְׁתֵּ֣י הַֽמִּשְׁבְּצ֑וֹת

on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in two(fd) the,filigree_settings

These are two settings that enclose the stones. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could express that explicitly.

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

28:1-43 These glorious and beautiful (28:2) garments for Aaron were to distinguish him as a priest set apart (Hebrew qadash, “consecrated”) for [the Lord’s] service (28:3). The magnificence of these garments is in keeping with the grandeur of the Tabernacle, which functioned as a portable earthly palace for God. There would come a day when Jesus Christ, the true High Priest, would enter the Most Holy Place once for all, and the distinction between priests and people would fade away (Heb 10:11-22). Until that time, human mediators were needed to symbolize the wonderful thing that God was planning to do in the hearts, lives, and behaviors of those with whom he shared his presence.
