OET (OET-RV) “Listen, I’ll cede you control over everything he has,” Yahweh replied. “Only just don’t do anything against Iyyov himself.” So the adversary went away from Yahweh’s presence.

הִנֵּ֤ה
see/lo/see!
As the General Introduction to Job discusses, Yahweh is using the term Behold to focus the adversary’s attention on what he is about to say. Your language may have a comparable expression that you could use in your translation.
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
בְּיָדֶ֔ךָ
(Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_said YHWH to/towards the,satan see/lo/see! all which/who to=him/it in/on/at/with,power,your only to=him/it not stretch_out hand,your and=he/it_went_out the,satan from,in face/surface_of YHWH )
Here, hand represents the capability of a person. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: “is in your power” or “is under your control”
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
תִּשְׁלַ֖ח יָדֶ֑ךָ
(Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_said YHWH to/towards the,satan see/lo/see! all which/who to=him/it in/on/at/with,power,your only to=him/it not stretch_out hand,your and=he/it_went_out the,satan from,in face/surface_of YHWH )
See how you translated the similar expression in the previous verse.

פְּנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה
(Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_said YHWH to/towards the,satan see/lo/see! all which/who to=him/it in/on/at/with,power,your only to=him/it not stretch_out hand,your and=he/it_went_out the,satan from,in face/surface_of YHWH )
As in the previous verse, here the word face represents the presence of a person by association with the way people can see the face of someone who is present. Alternate translation: “the presence of Yahweh”
1:11-12 reach out . . . test him . . . Do whatever you want: Satan was God’s agent; the hand he put forth was the Lord’s as well as Satan’s, for here they acted against everything Job possessed and later against Job himself (2:5-6).
• Job later cursed the day of his birth (3:1, 8), but he did not curse God (31:30), even when his distraught wife urged him to do so (2:9).
• God allowed Satan to test Job to prove that Satan’s cynicism was incorrect (1 Cor 10:11; see Jas 1:13; cp. Luke 22:31-32; John 19:11).

OET (OET-RV) “Listen, I’ll cede you control over everything he has,” Yahweh replied. “Only just don’t do anything against Iyyov himself.” So the adversary went away from Yahweh’s presence.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
