Note 1 topic: writing-endofstory
וְיֶ֨תֶר דִּבְרֵ֧י שְׁלֹמֹ֛ה וְכָל־אֲשֶׁ֥ר עָשָׂ֖ה וְחָכְמָת֑וֹ הֲלֽוֹא־הֵ֣ם כְּתֻבִ֔ים עַל־סֵ֖פֶר דִּבְרֵ֥י שְׁלֹמֹֽה
and,the_rest_of (Some words not found in UHB: and,the_rest_of acts_of Shəlomoh/(Solomon) and=all which/who he/it_had_made and,wisdom_of,his am=not they written on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in writing acts_of Shəlomoh/(Solomon) )
In this verse and the next two verses, the author is using the phrases he regularly uses to conclude the account of a king’s reign. See the discussion in the introduction to this chapter, and see how you translated the phrases in in [2:10–11](../02/10.md) that are similar to the ones in verses 42 and 43 here.
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / rquestion
The author is using the question form for emphasis. If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate this as a statement or as an exclamation. Alternate translation: [Now the rest of the matters of Solomon and all that he did and his wisdom are written in the book of the matters of Solomon.]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
The expression are they not written is a passive verbal form. If your language would not use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [Now you can read about the rest of the matters of Solomon and all that he did and his wisdom in the book of the matters of Solomon.]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / hyperbole
וְכָל־אֲשֶׁ֥ר עָשָׂ֖ה
and=all (Some words not found in UHB: and,the_rest_of acts_of Shəlomoh/(Solomon) and=all which/who he/it_had_made and,wisdom_of,his am=not they written on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in writing acts_of Shəlomoh/(Solomon) )
The author is saying all that he did as a generalization for emphasis. If it would be clearer in your language, you could express the emphasis in a different way. Alternate translation: [other significant things that he did]
Note 5 topic: translate-names
סֵ֖פֶר דִּבְרֵ֥י שְׁלֹמֹֽה

Decide how you will represent in your translation the name of this book and similar books that the author refers readers to for further information about various kings. Alternate translation: [the royal annals of Solomon] or [the Chronicles of Solomon]
OET (OET-LV) And_the_rest_of the_matters_of Shəlomoh and_all that he_did and_wisdom_of_his am_not are_they written on the_scroll_of the_matters_of Shəlomoh.
OET (OET-RV) A record of all the other things that Shelomoh did, and all the wise things that he said, was written in the ‘Record of Shelomoh’s Achievements’.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
