OET (OET-LV) And the Yaʸsous answering, said to_them:
Also_I Will_be_asking you_all one message, which if you_all_may_tell to_me, also_I will_be_saying to_you_all by what authority I_am_doing these things.
OET (OET-RV) “Well, I have one question for you first,” Yeshua answered. “If you answer it, then I’ll tell you all about my authority to do these things.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
λόγον ἕνα
word one
Jesus is using the term word to refer to what Jesus will ask. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: “one thing”
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / abstractnouns
ἐν ποίᾳ ἐξουσίᾳ ταῦτα ποιῶ
by what authority these_‹things› ˱I˲_/am/_doing
If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of authority, you could express the same idea in another way. See how you expressed the idea in 21:23. Alternate translation: “how I am empowered to do these things”
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
ταῦτα ποιῶ
these_‹things› ˱I˲_/am/_doing
Here, the phrase these things refers to what Jesus has done since he arrived in Jerusalem, including driving people out of the temple, healing people, and teaching. See how you translated the similar phrase in 21:23. Alternate translation: “I teach, heal, and drive people out of the temple”
21:24 Jesus propounded a riddle, the solution to which answered the leaders’ question and forced them into a dilemma that revealed their hearts (21:25-26). Answering by counter-question was typical for such debates.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
